Experience

I have been in higher education for over 25 years. 20+ of those years have been in executive level roles. I have worked for large, publicly-traded school groups as well as privately held institutions. Over the course of my career, I have served as the head of marketing, admissions, Chief Operating Officer and President. Most recently, I was the president of a large school group that served over 14,000 students and scaled one of the largest nursing programs in North America. I also currently serve as the Vice-Chair of the Commission for a national accrediting body. My experience in both scaling up and down organizations can help an institution to learn from the experience and mistakes of others. I am a firm believer of doing what is right all the time and your student outcomes are the true measurement of the health of your institution. Many of our schools create access to education and meaningful careers for a group of students and communities have been set aside by traditional education.
